Our policy

At You Aesthetics we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. In order to maintain the efficiency of our clinic, respect the time of our clients and staff, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations, no shows and late arrivals.

1. Cancellations
   Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24hrs notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment.

2. No show
   Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment. Prepayment will also be required for the next appointment.

3. Late arrivals
   We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule.
